Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the business unit and managing the team.
* Mentoring engineers and providing expertise when needed.
* Developing the engineering team and guiding Resource Controllers.
* Ensuring the delivery and growth of the business units margin.
* Maximizing revenue and profitability per employee through effective KPI management.
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of experience in managing people, including coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
* Experience in client or account management, preferably within the IT industry.
* Operational management experience, with a focus on performance management and project coordination.
