Project Management Role
This position is for a Senior Project Specialist within a global operations transformation team. As a key member, you will be responsible for directing and controlling projects designated to the Operations Transformation team.
* Analyze business needs and develop project strategies and plans.
* Create project timelines, including tasks and due dates with milestones aligned with stakeholders.
* Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely updates on project implementation stages.
You will also provide regular status reports to senior management, prepare communication materials, lead process optimization projects, and represent the Operations Transformation team as needed.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions. This role requires results-driven individuals who can prioritize tasks effectively,
utilize strong analytical skills,
demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products
