The Role:
* Be up to date with new Health & Safety Legislation and maintain a working knowledge of developments within our industry.
* Build the Health & Safety Culture & lead Continuous Improvement Projects throughout the site
We are seeking a Health and Safety Officer. As part of our team, you will be responsible for conducting regular internal audits to check policies & procedures are being properly implemented, recording the results & submitting them to Management. You will also investigate any incident, accident or near miss and carry out follow ups as required. In addition, you will manage all third-party activities for safe practices on site.

Your Qualifications:
* Third level qualification in Health & Safety or related field preferred
* A minimum of two years experience in health safety preferably within meat or food industry preferred
