Key Responsibilities:
* Motivate and coach the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
* Train colleagues in customer-focused selling techniques and provide regular feedback on performance
* Lead by example, demonstrating high levels of enthusiasm and energy in your work
* Optimize store routines and ensure the store is ready for customers at all times
Requirements:
* At least 1-2 years supervisory or senior sales experience, preferably in retail
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship building
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
