Mc mahons Bar and lounge main street maynooth is a welcoming, community-driven pub in Maynooth with a reputation for great food and friendly service. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to keep our kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
* Wash and store pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery efficiently
* Assist chefs with basic food prep when required
* Ensure waste is disposed of properly and recycling is managed
* Receive and store deliveries safely and hygienically
* Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Requirements
* one years experience required in addition to a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
