To support this, we're seeking a Project / Progam Manager with a background in legal, compliance, or regulatory operations. This is a crucial role focused on embedding governance within fast-moving product development cycles and ensuring the right stakeholders are involved at the right time. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate legal and compliance engagement throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring obligations are met without slowing innovation. Own project planning and delivery for compliance-related workstreams, driving cross-functional alignment between legal, tech, and commercial teams. Lead onboarding, briefings, and awareness sessions to promote understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks across the organisation. Work closely with in-house legal, data privacy, and security teams to embed scalable, proactive compliance practices across new launches and updates. Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and risk registers for ongoing regulatory projects and readiness initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability and risk-awareness, helping translate legal requirements into practical actions for product and engineering teams. About You: 5 years' experience in project or program management, ideally within a legal, compliance, or tech-focused environment. Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and regulatory obligations, translating requirements into actionable plans. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across legal, engineering, and leadership teams. Proven track record of driving delivery in complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Comfortable leading workshops and influencing without authority across a matrixed business.
