This firm is now looking to appoint a Senior Manager with deep expertise in Manufacturing, Digital Supply Chain, and Smart Factory transformations, to help shape the future of operations for clients across Life Sciences, Consumer, and Industrial Products sectors.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role is about much more than delivery, it’s about leadership, innovation, and building lasting value. You’ll work with some of the most recognised organisations in the world to redesign how they make and move things. You’ll lead digital transformation programmes that span manufacturing execution systems, operational technologies, and strategic manufacturing initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across procurement, planning, and distribution. You’ll also take a seat at the table when it comes to shaping strategy, mentoring rising talent, and driving business development within a truly world-class consulting environment.
* Partnering with clients to design and implement best-in-class manufacturing systems and strategies
* Leading end-to-end delivery of large, complex transformation programmes
* Advising C-suite and senior stakeholders on future-ready operating models and governance
* Collaborating with experts across planning, procurement, analytics, and digital
* Contributing to thought leadership and internal capability development within the practice
* Driving key business development initiatives and go-to-market strategies
ABOUT THE PERSON:
You’ve likely worked in a consulting or professional services or an industry environment, with a proven track record in leading transformation projects in manufacturing or supply chain. You’re driven by impact, comfortable in complex settings, and bring a blend of technical know-how, strategic thinking, and people leadership.
* Significant experience with MES, Smart Manufacturing, or Digital Factory programmes
* Deep understanding of Life Sciences, Consumer, or Industrial Manufacturing sectors
* Strong project leadership and delivery credentials, especially in global contexts
* Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and navigating complex organisations
* Structured thinker, excellent communicator, and collaborative team player
