The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation of all food and beverage services within the Yacht Club.
This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high standards of hospitality in line with the exclusive atmosphere of a Private Members' Club
You will oversee front-of-house staff, maintain service standards, coordinate with the kitchen team, and manage events to create a seamless experience for Members and their guests.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to uphold professional standards.
Maintain compliance with HACCP, HSE and Club Health & Safety Policies
Support the planning and delivery of private functions, fine dining events and member activities.
Ensure dining areas, bars and service stations are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Handle members queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Uphold the Club's values of discretion, professionalism and exclusivity at all times

Pay: €30,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
