We are seeking an experienced and dynamic marketing manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Management
* Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. Ensuring content creation is consistent in messaging and branding across all platforms.
* Develop industry-specific strategies to address unique pain points and drive engagement with target audiences, while increasing our brand visibility and driving business growth.
* Identify and implement innovative growth opportunities.
Data-Driven Decision Making
* Leverage data insights to optimize conversion rates, customer retention, and campaign ROI.
* Build and maintain dashboards to track growth metrics.
* Use data analytics to monitor and analyse performance, refining strategies based on results.
Customer-Centric Approach
* Develop a deep understanding of customer personas and behaviours across industries to craft tailored messaging.
* Enhance customer engagement and retention through data-driven personalization and industry insights.
* Conduct research to understand customer behaviour and preferences.
Ensure upholding of brand values in a physical and online presence.
Collaborate with sales to align marketing strategies and revenue goals.
Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost effectiveness and maximum ROI.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications & Experience
* 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
* Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
* Excellent leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
* Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
* Certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
