Online Application - Complete our situational judgement test to assess your skills such as mental arithmetic, judgement, and memory. This helps us determine if you’re the right fit for Aldi and vice versa.
Screening - Our recruitment team will review your application. Successful candidates will be invited for an interview, followed by a quick celebration and preparation for the next steps.
Individual Interview - Meet with an Area Manager in-store. After the interview, participate in the ‘Aldi Experience’ to observe the tasks involved in the role.
