Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, statements, payments, and collections
* Manage supplier purchase orders, bills, and payments
* Assist with basic accounting tasks (knowledge an advantage)
* Handle incoming telephone calls and emails
* Prepare customer quotations and respond to customer queries
* Maintain and update company procedures and policies
* Generate Revenue contractors' reports
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Fluent English, both written and verbal
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Customer-focused approach (internal and external)
* Accuracy and efficiency with data entry and computer systems
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in Ireland
Fluent written and spoken English
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (to be discussed at interview)
