Role Overview
To execute the company's commercial strategy for the Energy Business Unit in Utility and Renewable markets across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow profitable sales of the company's product offerings within the Key Segment.
* Drive, implement, and enforce the company's strategy for the Utility & Renewable Segment in the country.
* Engage with customers and partners to exploit opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with product managers and solution architects to deliver a differentiating value proposition to customers.
* Manage internal stakeholders to respond to RFQs and deliver timely tender packages.
* Develop relationships at corporate, technical, and procurement levels and serve as the primary customer contact.
* Work with marketing teams to achieve targeted visibility and market share in the Utility & Renewable segment.
* Develop strategic account plans to grow key customer accounts.
* Develop and maintain competencies aligned with the company's competency framework.
* Owning and coordinating customer issues to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
* Experience in Electrical Utility or Large Scale Renewable Segments.
* Extensive sales and marketing experience, ideally with a background in Medium Voltage Products & Solutions.
* Demonstrable sales success at executive level, strong relationship management skills, and ability to follow sales processes.
