HR Business Partner - South Dublin - Contract Are you a dynamic HR professional seeking a stimulating and rewarding opportunity? A leading healthcare provider in South Dublin offers a long-term contract for a passionate HR Business Partner. Immerse yourself in a fast-paced, supportive environment where you'll manage the full spectrum of HR activities, from talent acquisition and employee relations to contributing to strategic HR development. This role offers genuine variety and the chance to make a tangible impact within a crucial healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: Responsibility for the full recruitment process. Provide expert HR/ER advice and guidance to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation. Prepare accurate HR reports and data for the HR Director, senior management, and external agencies as required. Be the go-to person for line managers on all things HR, from recruitment to performance management. Drive high performance through data analysis and strategic implementation. Draft contracts of employment in line with current statutory requirements. Update the Core HR system with changes to staff details, contracts, leave, and rosters per SOPs. Support the onboarding process by coordinating inductions, ensuring all new starter documentation is completed and compliant. Contribute to the ongoing strategic development of our HR services to meet the changing needs of the organisation Assist in the delivery and communication of HR initiatives, including policy updates, training sessions, and employee engagement activities. Experience/Requirements A 3rd level qualification in Human Resources (or related field) 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, industrial relations, and experience with HR Information Systems and Payroll Systems. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within HR teams and liaise with senior management and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), with experience in CoreHR and/or knowledge of the healthcare sector. Results orientated with capacity for responsibility, accountability and individual initiative.
