What you'll do:
Manage essential HR admin, employee records, and supplier documentation
Be a support for finance proceeding, liaising with the accounting team, and organising documents
Support the leadership team with executive admin, projects and board scheduling
Run the logistics for company events and help build a positive team culture, including company initiative programs.
Assist sales and presales activities, updating contacts, prepping materials, and researching prospects
Play an active role in marketing and digital content, draft posts, update the company website, and coordinate engaging LinkedIn campaigns
Leverage generative AI tools to automate tasks, create drafts, and boost productivity
We're looking for:
Strong admin or operations experience, bonus points if you've previously supported marketing or sales
Organised multitaskers with attention to detail and a proactive approach
Excellent communication skills and ability to keep projects moving
Confident using digital tools
