Project Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support and lead smaller work packages across residential and commercial projects. This role will assist a Senior PM while taking ownership of programme, quality, H&S documentation, and subcontractor coordination on live sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with project planning & programming, short-term lookaheads and trackers.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant & materials; raise and track RFIs.
* Support site meetings, minutes, action logs, and progress reporting.
* Maintain H&S compliance (RAMS reviews, inductions, TBTs) and site presentation.
* Implement QA/ITPs, snag tracking, photo records, and as-built updates.
* Liaise with design team, utilities, and local authorities; help with permits and inspections.
* Monitor costs, variations, and procurement alongside the commercial team.
* Contribute to handover packs: O&Ms, warranties, certs, BCAR support.
About You:
* 2 years construction experience (APM/Coordinator/Engineer or Site Management background).
* Relevant Degree/Diploma (Construction/Engineering/PM) or strong trade route with PM exposure.
* Confident reading drawings/specs; solid organisational and communication skills.
* Working knowledge of MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, and snag/QA apps.
* Full clean drivers licence and willingness to travel between sites in Meath/Dublin/Kildare.
* Safe Pass/Manual Handling (or ability to obtain promptly).
