Investment Bank - Senior Production Support - Risk & Regulatory Tech
A leading global investment bank is seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst to join its Risk & RegTech team. This role supports key systems across liquidity, market risk, and regulatory reporting, ensuring high availability and rapid issue resolution in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on support for complex risk and finance applications.
* Manage incidents, troubleshoot performance issues, and drive root cause analysis.
* Collaborate with dev and infrastructure teams to maintain platform stability.
* Enhance monitoring (ITRS) and automate recurring tasks (Python, Shell).
* Support system releases and deployment activities.
Skills:
* Experience in supporting client applications and close interaction with the business users and application teams within financial industry, and preferably in the risk space.
* Good Knowledge of supporting a heterogeneous environment with in-house solutions based in Java, UNIX Shell scripts, Perl, Python, .NET and IIS.
* Good knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating.
* Good knowledge of Sybase, SQL Server, or similar DBMS.
