This is an exciting and varied role for the right candidate working directly with management to achieve company goals.Job description SummaryWorking as part of a team, you will report to the Director of Nursing, assisting with the day-to-day operations of a Nursing Home.Key responsibilities include:Processing rosters on a bi-weekly basis on the Time Management systemMaintaining HR, training records and Resident and Employee files to regulatory standardsMinute takingIssuing of Resident contracts and follow upOrdering stock requirements and checking off deliveries to documentationSupporting the finance team and Director of Nursing on administrative tasksGreeting visitors at Reception and managing phone calls and message takingCandidate Requirements:At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a busy office required.Proficient and experience in the use of excel, word, outlook, teams and computer packagesStrong verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and fellow employees.Good organisational and teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritizeProfessional and focused approach, with attention to detail and strong ability to work on own initiative.Pro-active "Can Do" attitude, flexible and adaptable to changeConfidentiality in the role essentialApplication deadline: 10th September 2025Expected start date: asapJob Type: Part -time, PermanentSchedule: Office based only.
