Supply Chain Administrator - Dublin 22 At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking to recruit a Junior Supply Chain and Procurement administrator to join a leading FMCG company with offices in Dublin 8. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious administrator with 1-2 years experience to progress their career and take up a permanent position with excellent career progression potential. The main purpose of the role will be to support clients in a fast paced and compliant environment. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate who will be motivated and eager to learn! Key responsibilities will include: Day to day procurement along, looking after all queries that come into head office. Reporting directly to the procurement lead. Adherence to strict deadlines, providing timely, accurate information. Responsible for delivering KPIs. Effectively manage client relationships Daily use SAP and Excel to track vendors Other ad hoc duties as required including Invoice query resolution Applicants will meet the following requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a busy administrative role ideally in a supply chain / purchasing environment Exposure to procurement or purchasing processes or a relevant qualification will be highly desirable Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly in Excel Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Adept at multi-tasking and prioritising workload with the ability to work with minimal supervision Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team This is a permanent position that will offer a salary in the region of €31,000 depending on experience.
