Role Responsibilities
* Ensure exceptional guest service in the Spa and Leisure areas.
* Assist the Manager in managing staff performance to uphold a 5-star standard.
* Focus on team development and training initiatives.
* Manage sales, budgets, and marketing strategies alongside the Operations Manager.
* Oversee the Pool and Leisure Centre, ensuring health and safety compliance.
* Maintain effective communication across departments.
* Deliver high levels of personal care and attention to guests, meeting 5-star expectations.
* Assist in managing memberships and reporting processes.
* Oversee the Pool and Gym areas.
* Conduct regular 1-1 meetings and appraisals with team members.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Provide professional service, staff training, motivation, and uphold standards and controls.
Candidate Profile
* Previous supervisory or management experience in a Spa/Leisure setting.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
