About the Role
The Senior Data Governance Lead is responsible for spearheading activities that contribute to the definition of the Enterprise Data Governance Strategy, the Data Risk and Control Framework, and Data Risk Taxonomy. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting implementation of the Data Governance Policy/Data Risk and Control framework.
This senior position requires excellent communication skills to negotiate internally with developed communication and diplomacy skills required to guide and influence others.
* Liaise with partners to lead in establishing policy adoption plans, compliance metrics, communications and training
* Lead business analysis through collection, analysis, review, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to establishment of data governance standards in alignment with enterprise chief data office.
2. Spearhead key data transformation projects across organization as subject matter expert in data policies
