* Manage end-to-end payroll delivery for employees in Ireland and other jurisdictions as the organisation expands
* Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processes, aligned with regulatory requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a payroll role, with at least 2 years at manager level
* Proven experience running end-to-end payroll in Ireland
* Excellent knowledge of Irish tax legislation, payroll regulations, and employment law
