Job Description
This is a Part-Time Administrator role, fixed-term to cover maternity leave. As a key team member, you will support the smooth running of our waste management services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and adjust daily collection routes using route optimisation software.
* Provide clear instructions and communicate schedule changes or emergencies to drivers.
* Act as a point of contact for service requests, complaints, or missed collections, ensuring timely resolution.
* Monitor vehicle performance and track adherence to assigned routes via GPS.
* Reassign resources or adjust routes to address breakdowns, traffic delays, or emergencies.
* Promote safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations, documenting incidents as required.
* Maintain accurate records of routes, collections, fuel usage, and driver hours for reporting and invoicing.
* Liaise with operations, maintenance, and customer service teams to ensure vehicle availability and service delivery.
