Night Porter Job Description
As a key member of the staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's safety and security during night hours.
* Set up and set down meetings as per business requirements.
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and visitors by adhering to hotel standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Replenish customer supplies and accessories as needed.
* Assist in the restaurant/bar/lounge when required.
* Help with meeting rooms setup and service.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in hospitality or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
* Flexibility with shifts (11pm-7:30am).
* Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
