This is a key role within a growing business, ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail‑focused, and confident managing transactional finance and operational support functionsDay-to-day of the role:Financial & Transactional ManagementOversee transactional finance including invoicing, purchase orders, and sales ordersManage cashflow, cash management processes, and financial planningPrepare debtors and creditors reportsPerform supplier statement reconciliationsSupport budget control and monitoring of financial performanceProduce and report on project profitabilityProvide ad hoc financial analysis and advice to support the leadership teamSystems & Process ManagementMaintain and improve IT and accounting systemsEnsure accurate data management and information flowOffice AdministrationGeneral office management responsibilitiesSupport daily operations across the businessLiaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams as requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar finance or office management positionStrong understanding of transactional financeExperience using accounting and office systems (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)Excellent organisational and communication skillsThe ability to work independently and manage your own workloadA proactive approach with strong attention to detailFor more information, including package details, please contact Mary at Reed Belfast, apply via this advert, or contact me confidentially on LinkedIn
