The Irish National Stud & Gardens is seeking a Gardening and Grounds Supervisor to join our team. This is apermanent full-time position. The successful candidate must be energetic with a genuine desire to maintain the high standards our visitors enjoy every year. The successful candidate will report to the Estate Manager.Key duties include:• Working alongside—and supervising—the day-to-day activities of an experienced Gardening Team.• Delivering and maintaining exceptional standards across gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas.• Managing a range of gardening projects, including topiary, bonsai, and hard and soft landscaping.• Overseeing plant health, IPM, and pest and disease management.• Maintaining irrigation systems,equipment servicing, and water features.• Taking responsibility for all Health & Safety requirements within the section.• Overseeing equipment replacement, repair, and proper use.• Collaborating with the Tourism Team to promote the gardens through tours, interpretation, and events.The successful candidate must:Have completed a level 7 Horticultural Qualification or equivalent.Have at least 3 years relevant supervisory experience.Be available to work outside normal hours including weekends.Have excellent communication and planning skillsTo apply, please email your CV to before 5pm on Friday 12th December 2025.The Irish National Stud is an equal opportunities employer.
