Job Description:
As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization adheres to all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines. This includes staying informed on the latest industry developments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the timely preparation of information for relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities:

* Review and maintain NPR Registrations.
* Comply with safety regulations and other duties as required.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in HR or a related field.
* High proficiency in MS Office suite.
* 3-5 years of administration experience, including working with computer databases.
* Proven track record in high-volume recruitment data entry.
* Possession of a full clean driving license.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Strong research and strategic thinking abilities.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* Change management and adaptability capabilities.
