3 days on site, 2 days from home, and a 1pm Friday finish.

Key Responsibilities
Lead
medium-to-large cross-functional teams
through the full project lifecycle.
Manage
Capital
and
New Product Introduction (NPI)
projects, collaborating across R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing functions.
Drive alignment across multiple regions and functions to achieve project goals.
Provide input and feedback to functional managers on team and individual performance.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and present clearly and effectively to senior leadership.
Proactively identify and manage risks, especially related to technology and product development.
Develop and execute
detailed project plans, budgets, scope, actions, and roadmaps
with embedded risk mitigation strategies.
What We're Looking For
A relevant
degree qualification
with
5+ years' experience
in project management, ideally within Operations or New Product Development.
Proven track record in managing
large-scale, complex projects,
involving cross-functional teams and/or multi-site collaboration.
Strong
stakeholder management
and
presentation skills
, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to executive teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive results and influence others in a matrixed environment.
