How You'll Make an ImpactAs a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist - Accounting (Europe), you will help our European hotel customers unlock the full potential of Cloudbeds' financial and accounting capabilities. You will work directly with clients and their accounting teams to guide them through end-to-end accounting configuration — from chart of accounts mapping and tax setup to ERP integrations and fiscal compliance — ensuring every property is set up correctly and running smoothly from day one. This is a customer-facing role requiring equal parts hospitality accounting expertise, technical curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
