Salary: €95,000 – €110,000 per annum
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Global Solutions Manager to join our global tech client based in Dublin 4. As a Global Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that deliver maximum value to our client's customers. You will collaborate across internal teams and cross‑organizational stakeholders including Senior and Group Product Managers to influence decisions and drive outcomes for large‑scale or multiple smaller projects. Your work will involve translating market and customer needs into actionable product requirements, delivering insights, and creating execution materials that enable successful sales activation. Leveraging your deep understanding of product domains, competitive landscapes, and advertiser perspectives, you will navigate complexity to ensure optimal activation paths and strategic alignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Product Launch & Adoption: Structure alphas and betas, assess launch readiness, and collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams to drive product adoption.
* Strategic Analysis & Planning: Identify macro themes, define value propositions, and prioritize sales opportunities using frameworks such as BFM, PRPs, MOs, and rOPPSs.
* Market & Competitive Insights: Conduct market and competitive analysis, define product market strategies informed by customer feedback, and document strategic opportunities.
* Roadmap & Portfolio Management: Contribute to product prioritization plans, shape tools and products, and manage cross‑functional initiatives across portfolios.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
* Experience collaborating with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
* Experience developing business strategies or managing cross‑functional initiatives.
* Advanced proficiency in Sales and Partnership Strategy.
* Strong Data‑driven Analysis and Reporting capabilities.
* Advanced Stakeholder Management and Situational Leadership.
* Expertise in Opportunity and Pipeline Management.
* Proficiency in Customer Conversations and Consultative Skills.
* Strong Project and Operations Management Strategy.
* Advanced Industry Knowledge & Analysis.
