Security & Business Resilience Manager ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB As the Business Resilience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the local business resilience function.
Your primary focus will be on risk management, operational security, fraud prevention and control, business continuity planning and testing, and supporting the local Crisis Management program.
This position requires strong local knowledge-ideally of either the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland-and a preference for candidates with experience in multinational environments.
You will be responsible for continuously assessing and improving business resilience processes, ensuring the protection of people and assets, and minimizing financial impacts from fraud.
You will report directly to the Legal & Compliance Director, with dotted-line relationships to the Supply Chain Director and Corporate & Sustainability Director.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership and Cultural Change: Champion risk management, business resilience, and fraud awareness across the organization.
Business Resilience Support: Deliver high-quality business resilience strategies aligned with Group Risk methodology.
Support accurate risk assessments and ensure action plans are in place.
Lead the monthly Risk Register Review process.
Continuously review and improve business resilience processes and systems.
Act as the ambassador for the Crisis Management process and participate in the local Crisis Management Team.
Develop and maintain the Country's Business Continuity Management Program.
Implement effective fraud prevention and awareness programs to minimize financial impact.
Conduct external fraud investigations and support internal investigations into misconduct, fraud, and non-compliance.
Monitor the threat/risk environment and prepare intelligence reports on potential local impacts.
Deliver and update the local Business Resilience Risk Assessment at least annually.
Provide periodic KPI reports to local leadership and Group Business Resilience and Risk teams.
Networking and Intelligence: Build and maintain networks with professional risk, security, and fraud management contacts, as well as intelligence and security agencies.
Assess emerging business risks with fraud and security implications.
Ensure risk, fraud, and security programs add value to the business.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? Essential Criteria Demonstrated experience in risk management, operational security, fraud prevention, and business continuity planning.
Strong local knowledge of either the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Ability to lead and drive cultural change in business resilience and fraud awareness.
Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing action plans.
Proven ability to monitor and respond to internal and external risk environments.
Excellent communication and networking skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience supporting or leading crisis management and business continuity programs.
Desired Criteria Previous experience working in a multinational organization.
Experience in collaborating with government, regulatory, intelligence, and law enforcement agencies.
Familiarity with Group-standardized approaches to business resilience.
Experience in conducting both internal and external fraud investigations.
Ability to deliver intelligence reports and KPI updates to leadership teams.
Strong analytical skills for assessing emerging risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
