Salary Range: €85,000 - €96,000 per year.
Revenue Accounting Manager (Contract, 9-month)
Hybrid in Dublin City – 3 days office /2 days home.
We're partnering with a high-growth, global SaaS technology business with an outstanding employer reputation to hire an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager on a 9-month contract, running until the end of October.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established revenue accounting function within a publicly listed tech organisation, supporting complex revenue recognition activities and contributing to ongoing automation and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the wider Revenue Accounting team on month-end and quarter-end close activities
* Provide technical accounting guidance under ASC 606
* Review customer contracts as part of the deal review and quote-to-cash process
* Prepare and review detailed revenue analyses and supporting documentation
* Maintain and update revenue trackers and supporting schedules
* Support ad-hoc projects, including automation and new entity initiatives
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk and Finance stakeholders
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in Revenue Accounting or Technical Accounting
* Degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's or Master's)
Required Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with ASC 606
* Background in SaaS or technology environments highly desirable
* Big 4 and/or CPA qualification advantageous (but not essential)
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce, Apttus and modern ERP systems strongly preferred
* Comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
* Detail‑driven, accountable, and confident working to tight close deadlines
* Strong communicator who enjoys working across functions
