About the Role
My client a Globally recognised company are looking for an O2C (Order‑to‑Cash) Analyst with fluent Italian & English or German & English, to join a global, collaborative finance team.This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, engaging with customers, and working in a fast‑paced international environment.
What You'll Do
Manage customer accounts and support timely collection of receivables.
Handle queries, disputes, and billing issues with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain AR records, support cash applications, and contribute to KPI reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams across multiple regions and provide clear communication on issues, deadlines, and resolutions.
What We're Looking For
Fluent Italian & English or Fluent German & English (written & spoken).
Experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and comfort working with international teams.
Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage deadlines.
Good PC skills (Excel, Word, Teams). SAP experience is a plus.
