You’ll shape and champion the vision for Business Process Management, automation, and our Fineos Service Monitor Cloud platform. Working across multiple teams, you’ll ensure every workflow enhancement improves both the customer journey and the integrity of our core platforms. This is a strategic role with real impact—helping us deliver smarter, faster, and more connected services.
