The caseload is clearly structured and rewarding:80% Large Animal (predominantly dairy)15% Small Animal5% Equine The practice is open toflexible working arrangementsand would happily considerpart-time or alternative schedulesif full-time is not suitable.
Out-of-hours isshared and flexible where possible, supporting a realistic work–life balance during a busy season.
