Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Assistant, based in Dublin with some flexibility for remote work. The Operations Assistant will oversee event logistics, support operations management, coordinate communication, and provide customer service to attendees and partners. Responsibilities include organizing events, managing schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management processes
* Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Customer Service expertise and ability to handle attendee inquiries effectively
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with a proactive mindset
* Prior experience in event planning or community management is a plus
* Comfortable working in a hybrid (office and remote) setup
