Office Manager and Team Coordinator
The role of the Office Manager and Team Coordinator is a critical position within our organization. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Dublin office, while also providing key support to the wider team in areas such as travel coordination, client interaction, and office culture.
About the Role:
* Act as the main point of contact for office management and supplier liaison
* Coordinate domestic and international travel for the team
* Organise and execute internal team events and culture-building initiatives
* Provide high-level client-facing support as needed
* Support the Executive Assistant and wider team with various administrative tasks
* Help evolve the role as the business continues to grow
