In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and scaling benefits programs for a globally distributed workforce. Accountabilities:Lead the design, launch, and scaling of new benefits programs across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with workforce needs and operational capabilitiesProject manage renewals of existing benefits policies, maintaining strong oversight of timelines, costs, and vendor performanceBuild and manage long-term relationships with benefits vendors and strategic partnersDevelop clear documentation, tools, and materials to support benefits offerings internally and externallyAct as a subject matter expert on benefits, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and clientsCreate and continuously improve processes to support rapidly growing and evolving operationsSupport clients in identifying and implementing benefits solutions tailored to their specific needsResolve complex, cross-functional queries related to benefits programs and operations
Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in benefits management, either within a brokerage environment or a large, high-growth organizationStrong operational experience running and administering benefits plans across different contextsProven ability to build partnerships, influence decisions, and communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiencesHigh level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detailData-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to inform decisions and improvementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishDemonstrated interest in the future of work and evolving workplace trendsCreative problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative, user-focused solutionsExperience working effectively across cultures, countries, and distributed teamsSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable going beyond expectations in a fast-moving environment
