You will oversee demand and supply planning, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to optimizing the supply chain infrastructure.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and execute global supply chain planning strategies to support growth, cost efficiency, and sustainability.Lead the design and management of integrated planning processes, including S&OP, S&OE, and strategic planning.Oversee demand forecasting, liaising with vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and responsiveness to market changes.Manage inventory strategies to minimize excess and stockouts, and drive performance metrics such as forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.Lead and mentor a global team of planners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Implement new planning tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and modernize processes.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and manage ESG responsibilities.Minimum Qualifications:Proven experience in pharmaceutical supply chain planning.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.Strong knowledge of demand and supply planning best practices and tools.Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with external partners and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.Proficiency in project management tools and industry-specific software.Knowledge of industry regulations such as FDA and GMP.Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland without restrictions.
