Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager - Short Term Hire

We are seeking a self-motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our Short-Term Hire team based in Lisburn.

In this role you will be:

* Identifying and developing new customers for our Short-Term Hire department across Northern Ireland, aiming to maximise the utilisation of our fleet.
* Working closely with the STH Manager and team to ensure customer needs are achieved daily and that customer service standards are maintained.
* Achieving Volume targets for Short Term Hire (STH).
* Managing route plans to ensure effective coverage of account bases.
* Identifying opportunities by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
* Developing and negotiating strategies by examining risks and anticipating customer needs.
* Closing new business deals with STH customers by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements within business operations.
* Aligning knowledge gained from the local and national market to support the company and its customers.
* Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure the company provides the appropriate range and quality of products and services.

Requirements:

* Previous experience with sales, business development or account management.
* Proven record in a problem-solving role.
* Customer service focused with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Full, clean driving licence with a willingness to travel.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Results driven.
