Senior Event Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and organised professional to lead the daily operations of all conferences, banquets, weddings, and events in a luxury hotel setting.
This is a key leadership role for an enthusiastic hospitality professional who thrives in high-end event operations and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
* Lead and manage conference and banquet operations to the highest standard.
* Collaborate with sales and events teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of client requirements.
* Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service at all touchpoints.
* Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and budgets to ensure efficient cost control.
* Liaise with culinary, bar, and accommodation teams for cohesive service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior events or management role within a 4* or 5* hotel environment.
* Proven ability to deliver high-end events, from intimate weddings to large corporate functions.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
