About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Behaviour Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective behaviour support plans that promote positive outcomes for our service users.
Your Responsibilities
* Functional Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify individualised needs and develop targeted strategies to address challenging behaviours.
* Behaviour Support Planning: Develop and implement Multi-Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSPs) that promote positive behaviour change and improve quality of life.
* Training and Development: Provide training and support to front-line staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in behaviour support.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all MEBSPs meet regulatory standards and provide ongoing quality assurance through regular reviews and updates.
Your Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Psychology Degree or equivalent qualification;
* At least three years' experience in a similar role or health/social care setting;
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent organisational and communication skills;
* Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced and flexible team environment.
