Finishing Foreman Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Finishing Foreman to oversee and manage the coordination of finishing works for residential apartment projects in Louth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and experience working on high volume residential developments.
This is a key role within our organization, requiring close collaboration with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
* Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise the work of direct staff and subcontractors to deliver high-quality finishes on time and within budget.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
* Manage and control resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
* A degree in Construction Management or a related field, preferably with a trade background (carpentry/joinery).
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the ROI main contractor or fit-out contractor sector.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
