We are currently seeking a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role offers flexibility in both days and hours, and we're happy to tailor the working schedule around the right candidate's availability.
About the Role
As a key support to our finance team, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks including:
* Processing invoices and payments
* Bank reconciliations
* Maintaining accurate financial records
* Assisting with payroll and VAT returns
* Supporting month-end procedures
Your profile
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance support role
* Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage) is preferred
* Good Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Positive, can-do attitude
