The Role Day to day running of the bar areas including food and beverage service ensuring a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests. Training to ensure compliance to standards at all levels within the team. To ensure the all areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service. To respond appropriately to the requirement of the business. Stock control management. Compliance with all licensing, legal and regulatory requirements. To carry out cash handling and stock procedures in accordance with Company policy. Work varying shifts including morning, afternoons and evenings.
