As a French Account Manager (m/f/d) in Digital Marketing, you’ll manage key accounts and drive revenue growth at the forefront of our European expansion. This is an opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing players in the social media space, supported by a global leader in professional services.
General responsibilities (for Junior/Senior):
* Manage and grow a client portfolio
* Build and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking agency and direct clients
* Use Pinterest ad tools to boost performance, reach, and revenue
* Analyze campaign KPIs (e.g. ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC)
* Create reports, insights, and actionable optimization recommendations
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams
* Communicate new features and best practices to clients
(for Senior) Key responsibilities for High-priority Agencies:
* Manage high-impact, strategic agency accounts
* Work closely with a second Agency Account Manager as a tandem team
* Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
* Develop tailored growth strategies for key agency partners
(for Senior) Key responsibilities for Operational focus (Volume Management and Scaling):
* Handle a large volume of agency and client accounts
* Independently troubleshoot and optimize campaign performance
* Focus on upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation of dormant accounts
* Share market insights and campaign trends internally to shape sales strategy
The required qualifications (Junior & Senior Level):
* 1–4 years of professional experience in a digital marketing agency or related agency environment
* Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms such as:
* Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, or LinkedIn
* Solid understanding of current trends and best practices in online marketing
* Proven experience in client-facing roles (client consulting, presentations, stakeholder management)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Native-level fluency in French (C2) and proficient English (minimum B2–C1)
* Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, as well as Office 365 or Google Workspace
* Strong team player mindset with the ability to work independently
* High affinity for digital technologies and emerging tech innovations
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and structured approach to work with strong deadline discipline
Additional Qualifications for Senior Level:
* 2–4 years of experience in the AdTech field or with performance marketing projects
* Experience in account management with a focus on existing client development (upselling, retention)
* Strong analytical skills – experience with data-driven optimization and reporting
* Experience in KPI-driven client consulting and strategic campaign planning
Your compensation/benefits:
* Hybrid Role: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
* Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5/6 PM (40 hrs/week, no shifts)
* Base salary: €34,000 - €46,000 + €15,000 commission/quarter (negotiable, depending on your work experience)
