The Role:
The Head of Digital Content Experience leads global digital content excellence across our direct ecommerce and online retail channels.
This strategic role is responsible for shaping, producing, optimizing, and publishing digital content that engages users, drives business results, and ensures seamless customer experiences across digital channels.
This important role leads global teams in operational excellence while also championing bold creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and audience engagement.
You'll balance process and imagination, ensuring scalable workflows and content governance, but also inspiring original digital experiences for our ecommerce platforms and retail partners.

In this role you will:
Creative Leadership & Content Production
Own the end-to-end creative process, from standard asset adaptation, to original rich content strategy and creation, through production to publishing across all digital channels
Lead development of compelling digital assets, video, and interactive content tailored for different platforms and audiences.
Manage a creative studio model that can scale content efficiently while maintaining creative integrity.
Collaborate with creative, brand, and growth teams on creative briefs, campaign concepts, and brand storytelling initiatives
Develop content strategies tailored to each selling channel's unique requirements
Drive innovation in content creation, leveraging AI and new tools to expand our capabilities
Content Operations & Optimization
Oversee and continuously improve global content publishing, workflow management, and syndication across owned ecommerce sites, eTail, Amazon and
Manage content localization efforts across 30+ global markets and 20+ languages
Partner with the Digital Office to streamline content flow to and from PIM, DAM, and other content repositories to drive efficiency and access for all channels.
Drive process innovation, adopting new tools for creative production, QA and syndication, spearheading projects to streamline the content lifecycle
Ensure robust quality assurance standards and governance for all content, elevating QA automation for human-created content, and establishing human review workflows for AI generated content.
Global Team Leadership
Develop, inspire, and mentor global teams in both creative production and operational excellence
Champion knowledge-sharing and creative development programs across geographically dispersed teams
Manage relationships and budgets with creative agencies, tech vendors, and localization/translation partners
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
6+ years in digital content creation, content operations, or ecommerce content management
4+ years managing global, distributed teams
Demonstrated ability to conceive and execute original, multi-platform content for ecommerce and digital retail
Expertise with content systems (PIM, DAM, AEM, creative suites), automated QA, and performance analytics
Experience balancing creative leadership with process optimization at scale
Familiarity with AI/ML content generation and quality validation
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical, creative, and commercial stakeholders
Understanding of digital commerce, marketplace content best practices, and compliance/privacy requirements
