Purpose of the Role:
* Deliver person-centred care and support to residents with intellectual disabilities/ABI/Autism.
* Act as key worker for named residents where appropriate.
* Support residents with daily plans, goals, and education.
* Assist with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and family visits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hold a qualification at Level 7 or above, registered as a Social Care Worker.
* Knowledge of quality assurance practices and service provision.
* Experience in residential, respite, or day services with persons with intellectual disabilities.
* Knowledge of Person Centred Planning, clinical and human resource policies, and relevant legislation.
