Job Summary
This role oversees a team of engineers tasked with delivering exceptional customer experiences via top-notch sign-up, onboarding, and purchasing processes for self-serve customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide and grow a team of skilled engineers to create high-quality user experiences with quantifiable business impact.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Marketing, and Data Science to conceptualize, test, and deploy experiments that accelerate conversion and activation.
* Define and execute technical strategies for self-serve infrastructure, balancing speed and reliability.
* Support and develop engineers to foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, and collaboration.
Requirements
* 3+ years managing software engineering teams developing customer-facing products.
* Experience leading teams through rapid experimentation and iteration cycles in product-led growth or e-commerce contexts.
* Strong technical foundation and ability to delve into architecture, frontend performance, and data pipelines as needed.
