Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy
This role will include all aspects of Quantity Surveying both pre and post contract across Pharma / BioPharma projects.
The successful candidate will be equally capable of working independently or as part of a larger team and will report directly to the Commercial Manager.
* Prepare capital cost estimates
Key requirements include:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
* 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
* Strong groundworks experience
* Life Sciences project experience preferred
