Commercial Account Executive
Tines is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our expanding EMEA sales division, focusing on the DACH region for net new business acquisition. As part of the growing EMEA sales team, you will contribute to our sales growth, Go to Market strategy, and culture. Your responsibilities include prospecting potential new customers, guiding them through the sales cycle, collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Engineers, and building/maintaining strong relationships within the Security and IT space.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a high-volume book of commercial customers through the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
* Demonstrate and articulate the capabilities, power, and value of the Tines automation platform to prospective and current customers.
* Identify diverse use cases to help customers remove barriers and work smarter.
* Actively prospect to supplement lead flow from Business Development Representatives.
* Partner with the Sales Engineering team throughout the sales cycle.
* Collaborate across functions (Legal, Customer Success, Marketing) for a top-tier customer experience.
* Work with Sales Leadership on business planning and growth strategies within your accounts and territory.
* Develop strategies for new logo acquisition with Sales Leadership.
* Provide feedback to Product and Go to Market teams based on customer and prospect input.
* Embody core values of speed, simplicity, and soundness daily.
Qualifications:
* Experience in generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals, ideally in software.
* Experience in positioning solutions to cybersecurity practitioners.
* Ability to prospect outbound leads and nurture inbound leads.
* Track record of achieving quarterly goals and metrics.
* Coachability, curiosity, and willingness to learn from mistakes.
* Desire to work at an early-stage startup and make an impact.
* Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
